The research on influence factors of Chinese college students employment discrimination
Abstract：In our labor market, university graduates are an important part. With the increase in the number of college students in China, the imbalance between supply and demand is more and more obvious. College students employment difficulties, but the students in the employment process will encounter employment discrimination, which is even greater the difficulty of employment of college students.This paper studies the status quo and types of discrimination in the process of college students' employment through the investigation of the process of job hunting and the employment process of the college students. It also understands the cost and benefit of the employment of college students. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the employment discrimination of college students from the perspective of the employer's interview and the questionnaire, and puts forward the countermeasures from the four aspects of the state and the government, the employing unit, the university education and the university students themselves.
