Title Research on the Organizational Ecology and Management Mechanism of Cyber Philanthropic Organizations
Abstract
As the development of the information era, Internet is penetrating our political, economical and cultural life at an irresistible speed. Because of such features as convenience, universality and interactivity, Internet has promoted the birth of Internet philanthropic organizations, which plays a positive role in enhancing the popularization and normalization of Chinese philanthropy with its innovation. However, as it has achieved great acclaim in society, its sustainable development has become very difficult. This thesis explores the current situation of the development of cyber philanthropic organizations in China by analyzing some cases such as “1KG More”, “The Love Tour” and “Galsang Flower”. In addition, based on the organizational ecology theory, the thesis analyzes the organizational ecological environment, organizational management mechanism and organizational construction and offers some solutions from the aspects of units, populations, communities, and ecosystem.
