摘要:自上个世纪我国改革开放以来,民营企业在我国持续发展,特别是从上个世纪90年代以后,民营经济已经逐渐发展成为我国国民经济的重要力量。然而在知识经济全球化的今天,民营企业更加注重人力资源管理。招聘是人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分。招聘渠道是开展招聘工作的桥梁,企业招聘渠道的选择直接影响企业人力资源单位输入和引进质量,招聘渠道的拓展将成为影响企业招聘工作的重要因素。本毕业论文以民营企业员工为研究对象,通过对企业招聘渠道的现状分析,根据企业现有招聘渠道的问题提出优化对策。通过对案例的研究分析,为民营企业员工招聘渠道提供有效的借鉴。5815

A study of optimize countermeasures in private enterprise staff recruitment channels
Abstract: Since the last century, China's reform and opening up, the sustainable development of private enterprises in China, especially from the last century, 90 years after the development of the private economy has gradually become an important force in China's national economy. However, in today's globalized knowledge economy, private enterprises pay more attention to human resource management. Recruitment of human resources management is an important part of the work. Recruitment channels is to carry out a bridge, recruiting channel selection directly affect the input unit and the introduction of human resources quality, recruitment channels affect the expansion will become an important factor in recruitment. In this paper, employees of private enterprises as the research object, through the analysis of the status of corporate recruitment channels, according to business issues existing recruitment channels optimize countermeasures.
