ABSTRACT:Since the reform and opening up, China's construction industry is booming.A large number of civil and public infrastructure construction has become one of the main driving China's GDP growth.However, in recent years has occurred frequently in construction safety accidents, causing people questioned on the safe construction and management of construction enterprises.In this paper, a detailed analysis of the management status of the construction industry construction companies and explore.Greenland Group as an example, to be analyzed from the perspective of business management on the status quo of China's construction enterprises and its drawbacks.From the perspective of management, from management to front-line staff and related facilities and equipment, construction danger to avoid and eradicate..Seeks to improve the drawbacks of the construction industry in China, to enhance their competitive advantage in the market environment.

一、前言
（一）问题的提出
改革开放以来，我国建筑业蓬勃发展，民用建筑及公共基础设施的大量兴建已成为拉动我国GDP增长的主要方式之一。然而近年来屡屡发生建筑安全事故，引起了人们对建筑施工企业安全施工及相关管理的质疑。建筑业占据着我国第二产业中相当重要的份额，并且能为承包单位企业带来不菲的经济利润。我国建筑业相关法律条文对建筑施工单位及企业施工作业等一系列相关活动有着明确的规定，然而由于法律体系的尚未完善，在具体操作实施过程中，从竞标工程到最后的竣工验收都存在着或多或少甚至是不可避免的违规操作。随着整个产业的发展壮大，其管理难度单从政府约束法律条文已略显吃力，要根除建筑施工安全问题，必须从其最基层的管理着手，改善完备企业的管理体系才能真正做到对整个产业的规范。
