College Students’ Occupation Decision Making Self Efficacy and Correlation Analysis of Professional Commitment
——In ZhouKou Normal College as an Example
Abstract: In ZhouKou normal college as the research object of this research, discusses college students' career decision-making self-efficacy and the relationship between professional commitment. Based on the survey data of descriptive analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, the results show that the college students' career decision-making self-efficacy and professional commitment is significant positive correlation; The overall level of college students' career decision-making self-efficacy in the family home and present a significant difference on professional experience factors; The overall level of college students' professional commitment in gender, family location, whether the one-child factors present a significant difference. Research results show that the increase of college students' career decision-making self-efficacy and professional commitment of correlation has a great influence on college students' employment.
