The Study on Job-Hunting stress and Coping styles about Human Resource Management Students
Abstract：With the development of economic and the revolution of the employment system, the Job-Hunting stress of College Students has increased and it makes great influence of College Students. Therefore, it aroused the concern of many scholars as the main source of the stress of College students. Based on former studies, open-ended investigation and counseling of experts, we compile a coping style questionnaire about employment pressure for Chinese undergraduates and trying to figure out the different source and its coping style of The Job-Hunting stress. After that ,we would analyze the relationship between the Job-Hunting stress of College Students and its Coping Style so as to provide theoretical foundation for releasing the Job-Hunting stress of College Students.

引言：很多大学生在毕业时被就业问题所困扰，由就业问题所产生的就业压力也对大学生产生不良影响。首先，每年毕业生上午人数都在增加，应届生加上往届生和海外归来的留学生，总就业人数达到一千万以上，这个数字让人吃惊。其中管理类的学生每年都在快速增加，就业压力不断上升。本文探讨人力资源管理专业大学生的就业压力的来源及其应对方式，希望有助于人力资源管理专业的大学生正确应对就业压力，缓解就业压力。
