摘 要:随着我国经济的快速稳定发展,小微企业如雨后春笋般涌现,它们已经成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。近年来出现了许多制约小微企业的发展的因素,其中一个重要的因素就是人才困境,克服人才困境 ,成为小微企业进一步发展的关键所在。本文论述了小微企业相关概念,分析了小微企业人才困境的具体表现,分别是员工素质普遍较低、招聘员工困难、人才流失严重。而且分别从政府的政策缺失、缺乏企业文化建设、经营者素质不高、培训机制不健全、缺乏有效人才激励机制方面指出人才困境产生的原因,最后提出相应对策。34978 毕业论文关键词:小微企业;人才困境;人力资源管理
Analysis of The Predicament of Talent And Its Countermeasures of Micro-enterprises in Our Country
——The Example of D Corporation
Abstract:With the rapid and stable development of China’s economy,micro- enterprises have sprung up,they have become an important part of the national economy. In recent years there have been many factors that restrict the development of micro-businesses,one important factor is the dilemma of talent .And overcoming the dilemma of talent became the key to the further development of micro-enterprise.This paper discusses the related concepts of micro-business,analyzed the specific performance of plight of talent of micro-enterprises,which is,staff quality is generally low,difficulty in recruiting employees,a serious brain drain.And separately from the government policies, lack of the enterprise culture construction and operators’ quality is not high, unperfect training mechanism, the lack of effective incentive mechanism aspects point that the causes of talent dilemma and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
