Analysis of The Predicament of Talent And Its Countermeasures of Micro-enterprises in Our Country
——The Example of D Corporation
Abstract:With the rapid and stable development of China’s economy,micro- enterprises have sprung up,they have become an important part of the national economy. In recent years there have been many factors that restrict the development of micro-businesses,one important factor is the dilemma of talent .And overcoming the dilemma of talent became the key to the further development of micro-enterprise.This paper discusses the related concepts of micro-business,analyzed the specific performance of plight of talent of micro-enterprises,which is,staff quality is generally low,difficulty in recruiting employees,a serious brain drain.And separately from the government policies, lack of the enterprise culture construction and operators’ quality is not high, unperfect training mechanism, the lack of effective incentive mechanism aspects point that the causes of talent dilemma and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.

我国小微企业人才困境及其对策分析
前言
国家工商行政管理总局公布的《全国小微企业发展报告》显示 ，截止到2013年年末，我国各种企业总数为15278400户。其中，小型微型企业有11698700户，占企业总数的76.57%。将44362900户个体工商户纳入统计后，小型微型企业所占比重高达94.15%。
小微企业虽然是经济体中的“最小的细胞”，但是在全国企业中所占的比重越来越大，它已经成为促进就业、改善民生、推动国家经济平稳健康发展的重要力量，小微企业虽然是最具活力的企业群体，但也是最脆弱的。从目前的经济发展情况看，小微企业的处境很困难，小微企业大多是劳动密集型、产品初加工、传统型的企业，小微企业规模小、资金不足、发展空间有限，所以在吸引和保留人才方面处于绝对的弱势地位。在当今激烈的市场竞争下，面临着招不到人，留不住人的困境局面，小微企业要想生存下去，就必须升级、转型。所以现在的当务之急就是帮助小微企业解决人才困境问题。
