摘要:借助移动互联网的发展和全球制造成本的降低,这两年智能手机需求有了极大的提升。尤其是2012年,中国已经出现了多款性价比极高的智能手机,这直接刺激了大量用户抛弃传统手机投向智能手机的怀抱。为分析消费者对于目前智能手机的观点,对智能手机的看法以及消费者对于智能手机的消费偏好,研究过程中采用了调查问卷的形式,并将数据结果完整的呈现在文章当中。在此基础上,我收集了有关营销策略方面的资料,了解营销策略在企业中的重要性,并进一步以HTC智能手机为分析对象,对HTC智能手机营销策略做更深一步的研究。通过文献梳理和市场调研,分析HTC智能手机营销现状以及其存在的问题,提出相应的营销策略。希望这一结果也能对智能手机市场的稳健发展提供重要的参考价值。6093

Marketing strategy of HTC smart phone
Abstract:With the development of internet and the global manufacturing cost reduction, the demand for smart phones has greatly improved in the past two years. Especially in 2012, it has seen a variety of highly cost-effective smart phones in China, which directly stimulates a large number of users to abandon the traditional mobile phone to invest in smart phones. To analyze the consumers' points for the current smart phones, smart phones views as well as consumer preferences for the consumption of smart phones, I used the form of a questionnaire in the course of the study, and the results of the data presented in the paper. On this basis, I’ve made the collection of information on marketing strategies, understood the importance of marketing strategies in the enterprise, and taken HTC smart phone as analysis object to do deeper research for the HTC smart phones’ marketing strategy. Through reviewing literature and marketing research, I’ve analyzed the HTC smart phone’s marketing situation and its problems existed in the marketing, and proposed appropriate marketing strategy. Hope that the results can provide important reference value for the steady development of the smart phone market.
