摘要:在这个社会快速发展的时代里,社会的各个方面都有了巨大的变化,每个人的思想都有了巨大的变化。初入职的毕业生,相对于老员工来说具有独特的心理及行为特征,在进入新的环境时,其社会化的机制也有较大的不同。因此,新员工的社会化问题成为学者重点关注的问题。本文根据现有相关文献发现,新员工组织社会化问题与其离职的倾向问题之间存在很大的相关性,而两者之间也存在着一定的关联性。因此,本研究旨在研究新员工的社会化程度与离职倾向关系,从而为降低离职率提出建议。36644 毕业论文关键词:新员工;社会化;离职倾向
The Influence of the Socialization of New Employees
on the Turnover Intention——taking the new college graduate employees as examples
Abstract: Following with the fast development of the social economy ,social science and technology and the personal ideology and culture have changed a lot, the graduates who entering the job market for the first time,as opposed to older employees have unique psychological and behavioral characteristics, when entering a new environment, their socialization mechanisms are quite different.Therefore, the the socialization problem becomes a problem of new employees to focus on.Based on the existing related literatures we found that there is a significant correlation between the problem of organizational socialization and turnover intention, but there is a certain correlation between them.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the relationship between the degree of socialization and turnover intention,to advise on how to reduce the rate of turnover.
