引言
我国正处于中国特色社会主义发展的关键阶段，市场化、城市化、工业化的快速进程中，社会问题大量涌现，社会矛盾更加突出，政府的社会管理与服务任务越发繁重。新形势下，迫切需要创新社会管理和社会服务模式。跟着社会工作本土化的发展，组织的发展越来越受到关心。本文以上海奉贤思齐为例，主要研究的是远郊社会组织的功能、困境与对策。上海思齐位于上海奉贤区，地处远郊，该组织在社会慈善公益和就业援助方面取得了较好的成绩，通过实地探访，旨在更好地了解社会组织机构的功能与当前的困境。
