摘 要:随着我国经济环境的变化,给民营企业带来的不只是发展,还有更为激烈的竞争。人才资源是企业能否获得长期、快速发展的关键。但是,现在民营企业人才流失问题相当严重,并且已成为制约企业发展的瓶颈。如何降低人才流失率,留住优秀的人才已成为我国民营企业亟需解决的棘手问题。造成民营企业人才流失的原因很多,通过查阅相关的文献资料分析引起民营企业人才流失的原因后,主要从企业文化、公司管理制度、薪酬福利以及企业内部沟通过环境五个方面进行深入的分析。民营企业可以通过做好以下五个方面来降低企业人才流失率:建立良好的企业文化;采用现代化的企业管理制度;完善人才培训开发制度;为员工提供有竞争力的薪酬福利待遇;在企业内创造良好的沟通环境。37586 毕业论文关键词:民营企业;人才流失;企业文化
Analysis And Countermeasures to The Problem of Brain Drain in Chinese Private Enterprises
Abstract:With the development of society and economy, private enterprises of our country are facing with more and more opportunities and competitions. Human resource is the key for a enterprise to keep a long-term and fast development. However,the brain drain problem of private enterprises is very serious, and it has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.How to reduce the rate of brain drain and retain talents have become a thorny problem for China's private enterprise to solve.There are many reasons causing this problem, through accessing to relevant literature to analyze the reasons that causes the brain drain in private enterprises, the reasons are following: the enterprise culture, the company management system, salary and welfare and internal ditch through environment.Private enterprises can through the following five aspects to reduce enterprise talent loss rate: to establish good corporate culture; to use the modernization enterprise management system; to improve the talent training and development system; to provide a competitive salary and benefits for staff, and to create a good communication environment in the enterprise.
