摘 要:随着中国经济的迅速发展,中小企业竞争日趋激烈,为了使企业能够在竞争激烈的市场环境中生存和发展,必须通过对员工进行培训来提升中小企业在市场的竞争力。但河南省中小企业在员工培训中还存在着缺乏正确的观念、培训人员的组织不高、忽视对高层人员的培训工作、培训的激励和评估机制不完善、没有进行有效的培训需求分析、受训对象与培训方法的不一致等问题,因此,企业应该采取正确的认识培训的地位和潜在的价值、努力提高培训人员的素质、加强对高层管理人员的培训、建立有效的培训激励配套制度、进行科学有效的培训需求分析、选择合理的受训对象和培训方法等措施来提高员工培训的效果。37585 毕业论文关键词:河南省;中小企业;员工培训
Problems in SMEs 'Staff Training in Henan Province and Counterm Easures
Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, small and medium-sized enterprise competition is becoming increasingly fierce, in order to enable enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce competition in the market environment must be based on staff training to enhance SME competitiveness in the market. But the small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province in the training of employees still exist in the lack of correct concept, training of personnel organization is not high and the neglect of high-level personnel training, training, motivation and evaluation mechanism is not perfect, lack of effective training needs analysis, training objects and training method, inconsistent etc. Therefore, enterprises should take a correct understanding of the training status and potential value, and strive to improve the quality of personnel training, to strengthen the training of senior management personnel, the establishment of an effective incentive training supporting system, scientific and effective measures of training needs analysis, reasonable selection of trainees and training methods to improve training effect.
