摘 要:中小企业作为我省经济的重要组成部分,在缓解就业压力,推动经济发展,文护社会稳定等方面有着非常重要的作用。员工培训是中小企业培养高素质员工和打造企业核心竞争力的重要途径,员工培训的质量对中小企业的发展具有重要的影响。但是河南中小企业在员工培训方面还存在着管理者及员工不重视员工培训、员工培训体系不完善等问题。因此,河南省中小企业应采取改变管理者及员工的员工培训观念、完善员工培训体系等措施来提高员工培训的效果,促进企业的发展。38211 毕业论文关键词:河南省;中小企业;员工培训
A Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Henan Province Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Staff Training
Abstract: As an important part of our province's economy, small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in alleviating employment pressure, promoting economic development, maintaining social stability. Training staffs is an important way for small and medium-sized enterprises to cultivate high-quality staffs and to build the core competitiveness of enterprises; the quality of training staffs has an important effect on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. But there are still some problems in Henan small and medium-sized enterprises, for example, training staffs isn't taken seriously by managers and employees, the training staffs' system is not perfect. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan province should take some measures, such as change the managers and employees' concept of training staffs and improve the system of training staffs to improve the effect of training and promote the development of enterprises.
