摘 要:河南省民营企业在人力资源开发方面存在着企业经营者对人力资源开发的认识不足、缺乏完善的人力资源开发规划、不重视员工培训、对人力资源开发的投入不足、激励机制不科学等问题,严重影响和制约了河南省民营企业的健康发展。所以,河南省民营企业应该树立正确的人力资源开发观念,建立科学的人力资源管理机制、制定完善的人力资源战略规划、完善培训机制、调整资金使用比例重视管理资金的投入、建立科学的激励机制引导员工进行自我开发,从而提高其人力资源管理和开发水平。38237 毕业论文关键词:河南省;民营企业;人力资源开发
Issues of Human Resource Development of Private Enterprises in Henan Province and Countermeasures Research
Abstract: Private enterprises in Henen Province, especially the constraints on human resources development the existence of family managment model has constrained the development of enterprises,the lack of perfect human resource development pianning,training mechanism is not perfect, the salary management and assessment system is not perfect,the lack of effective incentive problems of small and medium sized private enterprises.Seriously affected and restricted the healthy development of private enterprises in Henen Province.Promote the cause of these problems, macro factors,but more is comes from the private enterprise.So,we should start from the private enterprise itself, matching formulation and enterprise development to establish a scientific and effective human resources management mechanism, the importance of human resources strategic planning, staff training, establish a scientific and effective salary and performance management system, establish a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism,to improve the level of human resource management and development of private enterprises in Henan.
