摘要:核心员工是中小企业的中流砥柱,它带给企业的不仅是利润的增加,更是中小企业在市场竞争中获得竞争优势的重要途径之一。中小企业核心员工离职率不断增加,导致管理问题突出,为企业发展带来诸多不利影响,并且降低了中小企业的核心竞争力。本文分析了离职原因、核心员工的特点,探讨核心员工离职对中小企业的影响,并提出了预防措施。38244 毕业论文关键词:核心员工;离职;防范对策
Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Core Employee Turnover Prevention Countermeasure Analysis
Abstract: Core staff is a mainstay of the small and medium-sized enterprises, not only bring the increase of profit especially small and medium-sized enterprises in market competition to one of the important ways to gain competitive advantage. Small and medium-sized enterprise core employee turnover rate in increasing lead to management problems, for the enterprise development brings many negative effects, and reduces the enterprise core competitiveness. This paper analyses the characteristics of the core staff leaving reason, discuss the influences of core employee turnover for small and medium-sized enterprises, and preventative measures are proposed from five aspects.
