摘 要:当今,我国饭店员工的高流失率已经成为困扰饭店管理者的主要问题之一,如何留住优秀的员工并降低员工离职率是饭店业亟待解决的问题。本文以A饭店为例,结合国内外研究现状,以问卷的形式对A饭店员工进行调查,通过对调查数据的进一步分析,探析影响A饭店员工离职倾向的组织因素、个人因素以及社会因素,并为A饭店经营者提出相应的解决措施。38243 毕业论文关键词:饭店员工;离职倾向;影响因素;对策
A Study of Influencing Factors and Strategy about Hotel Employees’
Turnover Intention
Abstract:Currently, the high turnover rate of hotel employee has become one of the major problems plaguing hotel managers. Therefore, how to retain talented employees and reduce employee turnover rate has been a particular focus in hospitality industry. Combined with current research status at home and abroad, this paper, taking Hotel A as an example, analyzes the data collected by questionnaire to find out the deep reasons for turnover intention. Finally, it puts forward effective measures and solves the operating problem caused by hotel employees’ turnover intention.
