Study on Employee Loyalty in Small And Medium-sized Enterprises in Henan Province
Abstract: Whether an enterprise has vitality and creativity is the important basis of employee loyalty. The current enterprise competition is mainly manifested in the talented person's competition, has a high degree of loyalty to the enterprises tend to be more to win the competition between the enterprises to improve enterprise customer loyalty, Henan small and medium-sized enterprise development foundation is weak, want to survival and development in market competition, more loyal employees are needed to escort. This study will be fully analyzes the present situation of Henan small and medium-sized enterprise employee loyalty and find out the important factors influencing the Henan province small and medium-sized enterprise employee loyalty, puts forward the method to improve the small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan province staff loyalty and measures, the study I would pay more attention to how to improve the system of small and medium-sized enterprise employee loyalty and measures.

改革开发以来，中国的经济发展十分迅速，各个企业之间的竞争日趋白日化，企业的发展存在着很大的不确定性，特别是中小企业之间的竞争则更加的残酷。如今，许多职业人的职业观念已经改变，为了实现自己的人生价值和人生目标，同时追求人生的的成就感，只要有机会，他们会选择往更好的企业去就职，并不一的追求对一家企业的忠诚。在企业的发展过程中，虽然优秀的人才是企业竞争取得胜利的决定因素，但小频率的人员流动也属于自由经济市场中的一个普通现象。人员流动有利有弊：好处是人员流动可以带动市场活力、传播优秀经营理念与技术、给企业带来新鲜血液，增强企业市场竞争力，同时如果企业自主淘汰不合格员工，也会净化自身血液，获得良性发展。坏处是如果人员流动率过高，尤其是关键性人才流失，会给企业带来极大的负面影响，甚至直接影响企业市场竞争力，给企业造成极大损失。保持企业核心团队的稳定性，不仅有利于企业的长远发展。
