历史文化街区旅游开发研究——以乌镇为例
[摘 要] 我国有丰富的历史街区类旅游资源，以成都宽窄巷子、福州三坊七巷、周庄、西塘、乌镇等为代表的历史街区旅游近年来发展迅猛，在历史街区旅游开发方面积累了丰富的的经验。乌镇凭借其在旅游开发方面的科学性、开创性工程，获得“乌镇模式”这一专项称号。本文以乌镇历史文化街区为例，结合亲身实习经验，广泛阅读相关文献资料，从乌镇历史街区旅游资源保护、功能开发、旅游产品、市场监管、市场定位、产品营销等方面入手，对“乌镇模式”内容、特点、经验进行探讨和总结。为我国历史街区类旅游开发及持续健康发展提供借鉴。

A Study on Exploitation of Tourism in Historic Districts:
Taking Wuzhen for Example
Abstract: There are abundant historic district tourism resources in China。 Taking Chengdu Broad and Narrow Alley, Fuzhou Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, Zhouzhuang, Xitang and Wuzhen for example, historic district tourism has developed rapidly in recent years, which accumulated a wealth of experience in this aspect。 Wuzhen awarded the special honor of “Wuzhen Mode” by virtue of its scientific and pioneering project in the aspect of the tourism development。 Considering the Wuzhen historic and cultural district, comparing with the personal experience and extensive reading of relevant literature, this paper investigates and summarizes the content, characteristics and experiences of “Wuzhen Mode” from the aspects of tourism resources protection, functional development, tourism products, market regulation, market position and product marketing。 The above mentioned will be the reference for China’s historic district tourism and its sustainable and healthy development。
