摘 要:民营企业在我国经济发展中占有重要的位置,而民营企业中层管理者执行力的有效发挥是民营企业生存和发展的关键。民营企业要想在剧烈的竞赛中百战不殆,就必须增强中层管理者的执行力。本文挖掘我国民营企业中层管理者执行力发展过程中存在中层管理者自身能力不足、企业监督管理机制不健全等问题,提出了加强中层管理者人员培训、完善企业内部监督机制等建议。并以Y公司为例,剖析Y公司中层管理者执行力中存在的一些问题,提出改进建议。38281 毕业论文关键词:民营企业 ;中层管理者 ;执行力
The Promotion Strategy about Executive Force of Middle-level Managers of Domestic Private Enterprises
Abstract:Private enterprises play a significant role in China's economic development, and middle-level managers effective exertion of executive force is the key to their survival and development. Therefore the middle-level managers' execution force must be strengthened if private enterprises want to remain invincible in the fierce competition. This paper digs out ability insufficiency of middle-level managers, unsound of enterprise’s supervision and management mechanism and other problems which exist in the executive force development of middle-level managers of private enterprises in China ,and then puts forward a few suggestions of strengthening middle-level managers’ capability training and improving the internal supervision and management mechanism and so on .Besides, taking Y company as an example, it analyzes some problems about the executive force of middle level managers of Y Corporation and offers the improvement proposals about them.
