摘要:本文根据国内外学者和研究机构关于员工敬业度的研究成果,在国有银行中取中国农业银行作为典型,具体以龙岩永定支行为例,从实际出发,借鉴Saks编制的员工敬业度调查量表,以及李克特五级量表的形式对敬业度和影响因素进行测量,建立该银行员工敬业度研究模型,设计调查问卷,对银行内部的三个层级的员工进行调研。运用信效度分析、描述性分析、回归分析等方法对调查数据进行分析,从员工敬业度和敬业度影响因素两个方面实证分析了该行的敬业度现状,然后从员工对工作的认可和价值观、组织内部环境与员工职业发展情况相结合两大影响因素着手,根据分析结果,查找出影响该行员工敬业度的相关问题,为该行提升员工敬业度提供有针对性的思路和建议。38791 毕业论文关键词:国有银行;员工敬业度;影响因素;提升策略
Research on the impact of employee engagement in state-owned enterprises
Take the Longyan yongding branch of Agricultural bank of China as an example
Abstract: Based on the research results of the staff engagement of scholars and research institutes at home and abroad, the paper takes the Agricultural Bank of China as a typical example, in the case of Longyan yongding sub-branch. From the practical point of view, reference Saks compiled employee engagement questionnaire, as well as the form of Li Kete Five scale of the degree of professionalism and influence factors to measure, the establishment of the bank's staff engagement model, design questionnaires, the bank's three levels of staff to conduct research. Using validity analysis, descriptive analysis, regression analysis and other methods to analyze the survey data, from the staff dedication and dedication factors influencing two aspects of the performance of the line of the status quo, then from the staff to work recognition and values, organizational internal environment and employee career development of the two influential factors, based on the analysis results, find out the impact of the line of employee professionalism related issues, to promote the line of staff dedication to provide targeted ideas and suggestions.
