摘 要:目前我国的经济正处于飞速发展过程中,正逐步向经济强国的方向转变,加入WTO以后,企业间的竞争更加激烈,企业的生存与发展越来越建立在企业所拥有的人力资本上,人在企业生产中的作用显得越来越重要,企业若想获得可持续发展,赢得未来的竞争优势,必须对企业中的人力资源进行有效的开发。本文挖掘YDST公司在人力资源开发过程中存在认识不清、人才流失严重等问题,提出深入理解认识人力资源开发、以人为本、留住人才等方面的建议。38857 毕业论文关键词:YDST公司;人力资本;人力资源开发
YTSD company human resources development problems and countermeasures
Abstract:At present,China’s economy is in the process of rapid development , is gradually changing the direction of economic power ,after joining the WTO more intense competition among enterprises ,increasing the survival and development of enterprises owned enterprises established in the human capital in the enterprise an increasingly important role in production,business to achieve sustainable development,and win the future competitive advantage for companies in need of human resources for effective development.In this paper,YTSD company in the human resource development in the presence of a clear understanding of the process,and serious brain drain problem,a deep understanding of understanding of human resource development,people-oriented and retain personnel and other aspects of the proposal.
