企业对高校教师素质的认知分析
前言
高等教育位于整个教育体系的最高层，是学生从学校踏入社会的一个过度，高等教育的核心即高校教师，社会与企业需要的人才能否通过高校培养出，主要取决于高校教师。一个优秀的高校教师不仅要使学生熟练的掌握所应具备的专业知识，更应传递给学生一种积极的人生观，培养学生良好的心理素质；同时，高校教师不仅要注重学生专业知识的掌握程度，还应当了解企业需要什么样的人才，从而不断改进自身的素质能力，使自己培养出的学生更加符合企业的需要。但是就目前的状况来看，高校教师在某些素质与能力方面仍然存在欠缺，因此高校教师必须尽快提升自身的素质与能力，从迎合企业与社会需要的角度出发对学生进行教育，从而使得培养出的学生更加符合企业与社会的需要。
