摘 要:随着地区经济竞争越来越激烈,M眼镜连锁店的竞争压力也日益加剧。作为中小企业的M眼镜连锁店清醒的认识到通过改善管理来应对挑战的重要性。一种新型的企业管理绩效评价系统和战略改进工具——平衡计分卡,已经被很多中小企业应用。因此,M眼镜连锁店也将平衡计分卡作为改进绩效管理的工具。首先,采用调查法、文献研究法等对M眼镜连锁店的绩效现状进行研究。其次,分析将平衡计分卡引入M眼镜连锁店绩效管理体系的可能性。然后,依据分析结果构建出M眼镜连锁店的绩效管理体系。最后,指出M眼镜连锁店应该注意的问题和解决办法。38935 毕业论文关键词:绩效管理;M眼镜连锁店;平衡计分卡
The Application of BSC in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Performance Management——By the Case of M Glasses Chain
Abstract: With the increasingly fierce competition in the economic area, M glasses chain competition pressure is also growing. M glasses chain, as a small and medium-sized enterprise, has a clear to realize the importance of improving management to meet the challenge. The BSC as a new enterprise management performance evaluation system and strategy improvement tools, has been widely used in many Small and Medium-sided enterprises. Therefore, M glasses chain choose the BSC as the improve performance management tool. Firstly, using the survey method, literature research and the current situation of performance study of M glasses chain. Secondly, by an analysis of the possibility of introducing the BSC to improve and perfect the M glasses chain performance management system. Then based on result of the analysis construct performance management system of M glasses chain. Finally, it point out that M glasses chain should pay attention to the problem and solution.
