Participation in communities of practice to explore images Case in Shanghai IPAIagency
Abstract： With the social and material development of economy, people voted for the public welfare more and more attention to the eyes, but as a public good carriers, non-profit organization has gradually into the people's realization. Today, many nonprofits are eyeing the community, how can the identity of a foreign non-profit organizations into the community, how to use their own ideas and tools to meet the needs of the community, become various non-profit organizations to explore in practice focus. This article through the clearing agency for a specific image is analyzed and interviews with stakeholders, observed by the author of expertise in the relevant agencies of the year, attempts to analyze the "image" of the tool now is how ideas and way of progressive involvement in the community as well as non-profit organizations to use the image of this special tool for communities and organizations to participate in community brought a lot of change itself.

（一） 研究背景
十八大以来，社区工作的中心正越来越向着社区自治、社区共治的方向前行，如何增强社区居民的社区参与、如何有效地带动社区文化的建设，也自然成了众多旨在参与社区的非营利机构的中心任务。
影像，作为近来来才进入人们视线的参与社区的工具，因其具有不可取代的优势正越来越多的受到社会各界的关注。
