Abstract
With the rapid development of our country economic society the advancement of urbanization of villages and towns, building housing construction in China has entered a boom, that leads to the persification of the housing size, especially in recent years, in an attempt to snare the class of consumers and the development of intensive urban and rural areas, some real estate developers intensify the development of small family homes, makes the small family have sprung up flooding the market. However, too much to the development of small family housing to the health of the real estate market development and the enthusiasm of all kinds of home buyers is bad, and often small family residence in design also has some rationality, practical problems.
