摘要快餐之道在于精。本论文以中国正经受着肯德基等国外快餐品牌强大冲击为背景,开篇就选题背景、文献综述以及文章框架这三方面,来引出本文的主题---肯德基在中国的特色营销。接着就是通过对肯德基的营销现状以及肯德基在中国存在的问题这两方面进行全面的探讨研究,采取论文分析中常用的SWOT分析法,分别从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面进行了详细地阐释。最后是对肯德基特色营销的建议以及预想。事实上,本文就肯德基在中国的特色营销战略展开论述,希望从这一侧面探讨肯德基在中国市场稳扎脚跟的一点原因。6700

Abstract
Fast food road lies in refining. In this paper, China is suffering from the powerful impact of KFC and other foreign fast food brands, which is as the background. The opening chapter includes three aspects of the selected topic background, literature review and article framework, leading to the subject of this paper--------KFC characteristics marketing in China. Next is conducting a full study, through two aspects of the present marketing situation of KFC and the problems in China of KFC. This paper takes the SWOT analytic method to explain detailed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Finally the author makes suggestions and envision for KFC. As a matter of fact, this paper starts discussion at characteristics marketing strategy of KFC in China, whose aim is to explore the reason of KFC standing foothold steadily in the Chinese market.
