Abstract Putting forward along with the national \"four\", how to deepen the reform, with a new type of urbanization, promote the new generation of migrant workers into the city better, become an important problem for the construction of urbanization.Currently the country has explicitly canceled differences between agriculture and non-agricultural household, but in the urban and rural ,reform has not yet made a fundamental breakthrough in the realistic background. This special group is still in the margins of society, and there is a serious problem of virtual city.The new generation of migrant workers workers into the city's progress is said of an aged person.In this paper, the new generation of migrant workers in Nanhai District of Foshan City,questionnaires and interviews, analysis, based on the status quo of public research data, to identify the key factors of the current problems of people of migrant workers, and the use of independent samples test, ordinal regression models the data were analyzed, identified the main factors restricting people of migrant workers, that system, economy, itself, social media environment and other factors, put forward innovative rural land system, improve the household registration system, improve the social security system to address the children of compulsory education, promote employment equity, strengthen communities and corresponding countermeasures construction of various social organizations, so as to create favorable conditions for the new generation of people of migrant workers.
