摘要社交网络是我们获取、分享、创造信息最常用到的一个平台，而社交网络提供的信息来源五花八门，因此其信息也同时具有一定的不可靠性。在线社交网络在给我们提供信息的同时，由于其信息的独特性质也给网络犯罪提供了一个便利的平台。社交网络犯罪的存在给使用网络社交的网友在一定程度上带来困扰，在影响网友的正常生活的同时更可能给社会稳定带来打击，挑战国家法律的权威。46747

社交网络犯罪的研究在我国尚处于起步阶段。本文试图通过对社交网络犯罪的三个构成角色进行探讨分析，提出可实际运用于防范甚至避免网络诈骗的方法和措施。本文主要分为三个部分：在线社交网络诈骗的概念与特点、社交网络诈骗行为的研究、在线社交网络犯罪的预防。第一部分就是讲述在线社交网络犯罪的基本定义和国内外研究，以及在线社交网络的一些信息传播特性。第二部分主要通过对在线社交网络诈骗团伙的行为、一般社交用户行为和在线社交网络平台所扮演的角色和义务进行的分析探讨。第三部分则作为总结，提出一些实际的方法来防范在线社交网络诈骗的发生，和抑制在线社交网络诈骗的发展。

Abstract: The online social network is a platform where we get，share and create information, and the ways of those information is various. Many information come from the social network may be fake. Online social networks provide us with information, and it also provides cybercrime a convenient platform. The presence of fraud of social network has brought trouble to some social networking users, affected the normal life and challenged the authority of state law. 

Research on social network crime in China is still in its infancy. This paper attempts to constitute the three characters to explore online social networks crime analysis, to prevent methods and measures to avoid online fraud. This paper is pided into three parts: concepts and features of online social network, research of social network fraud, and prevention of online social fraud. The first part is the basic definition of domestic and foreign research about online social cybercrime, as well as spread type of information at online social networking. The second part is  analysis the online social networking fraud gang’s behavior, the general online social network user and roles and obligations of online social networking platforms. The third part is summary, put forward some practical ways to prevent the occurrence of fraud online social networks, and to inhibit the growth of online social networking scams.
