摘要随着经济的发展和社会文明的进步，网络信息化的普及，互联网的应用得到极大地拓展，大数据市场庞大且极具开发潜力，在企业管理以及营销方面的作用日益显著。本课题主要研究大数据时代的到来对于企业会员管理模式的影响及作用，以银泰百货为例，收集会员管理的数据，通过技术驱动创新模型进行单案例深度分析，研究大数据带来的会员管理模式的创新，从中剖析大数据背景下技术创新对企业会员管理的变革，找出企业会员管理良好快速发展的模式，为企业经营者提供参考，使其更好的把握消费者的消费倾向，在企业管理和商品方面制定相应的营销策略，提高企业的效益。47835
