摘要推进大学生到农村基层任职是促进农村经济社会发展，全面建设小康社会，加快社会主义新农村建设，造就新农村建设带头人的重要举措。如何提高大学生村官的领导素质来适应新农村建设的需要就显得尤为重要。本文运用访谈法等方法，在深入调研句容市大学生村官领导素质现状的基础上，分析其存在着服务农村的思想不稳定、部分专业不对口、不能学以致用等问题，结合领导素质提升等原理，提出了不断提高知识水平、加强政府指导等提升句容市大学生村官领导素质的对策。49523

Research on the Enhancement of Leadership Quality of Cunguan in Jurong City

Abstract Promoting the college students to work in rural grassroots is an important measure to advance the development of rural economy and society, accelerate the construction of a socialist new countryside, and build new rural construction leaders. How to improve the leadership quality of the Cunguan, college graduates working as village heads, to adapt to the needs of the construction of new rural areas is particularly important. In this paper, by using interviews and other methods, based on in-depth research of the status quo of leadership quality of Cunguan in Jurong, analyzes the existing problems, such as the service thoughts of rural is unstable, part of the profession is not match with the post, Cunguan could not practice what they have learned. Combining with the principle of leadership qualities enhancement, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to advance the leadership qualities of Cunguan in Jurong city: continuously improving the knowledge level, strengthening the government guidance, and so on

1995年江苏开始在全国率先实施大学生村官选聘，坚持大学生到村任职与新农村建设相结合、择优选聘与跟踪培养相结合、政策引导与项目带动相结合、组织引导与典型示范相结合、强化保障与人文关怀相结合的原则。大学生“村官”从无到有，快速发展，在实践中积累了丰富的大学生村官模式的经验。
