摘要物流业被称为第三利润源,在经济全球化大力发展的国际大环境下,国际巨头企业企业选择将物流外包给专业的物流公司,这样做他们就可以把自己重点关注点放在核心业务上上,其他企业纷纷效仿,由此带来了物流业的飞速成长。我国的物流业目前尚处于襁褓状态,很多的第三方物流企业自身特有的核心竞争力尚未形成,还不具备与他人竞争的实力。经济全球化的带动,使得大批国际物流巨头进入中国市场,分割这块蛋糕。这给中国物流企业发展带来了强有力的冲击,如何在这种危机形势下抢夺生存空间,占据市场份额,唯有不断增强企业自身的核心竞争力。本文针对目前第三方物流企业仓储中的问题,结合了本人于无锡嘉里大通物流公司的实习经历进行原因分析与对策研究,力求通过改善仓储,增加企业的竞争优势。50026
