摘要：国内的发展日新月异，大学生的视野也随之开阔，越来越多的人选择去相对国内较有优势的西方国家留学，促使了大学生留学热潮的产生。此外，国民经济的高速发展、政府对留学限制的放宽以及国内严峻的就业形势也是造成大学生“留学热”的关键因素。现如今海外文凭的“镀金”效果在逐渐缩水，大量“海归”成为“海待”，大学生看待留学问题存在着诸多误区，“留学热”困境令人堪忧。要解决这些问题，需要政府、企业和大学生群体的共同努力。53756

Abstract：Nowadays，the domestic development has been changing with each passing day. At the same time, college students' field of vision is more open. More and more people choose to study abroad in western countries which have more advantages than our homeland, and this triggers craze interest in studying abroad. Besides that, the rapid development of national economy, our governments’ relaxation of the overseas study limit and the severe employment situation in China also make college students study abroad. As the "gold-plated" effect of overseas diploma has been shrinking gradually, a large number of overseas returnees are unemployed. In fact, many college students can not find themselves the myths of how to look at overseas study, and this situation is very worrying. To solve these problems, we need the joint efforts of the government, enterprises and college students groups.

1  引言

“留学”一词，对于现当代的中国人来讲可谓耳熟能详。从中国第一个留学生容闳留学美国开始至今，中国人的留学史已有160年有余。随着国民经济水平的提升，中国逐渐掀起了一股留学热潮。许多大学生为了开拓视野，接受更为优质的教育，选择出国深造，但也有相当一部分人将留学作为高考失利后的另一种继续学习的方式。
