香港社会工作之于内地社工发展的启示

The inspiration of social work development from HK
The socila work in Hong Kong's are always walking in the front the development of social work in China. Nowadays, most Hong Kong natives generally agree that the social welfare services is driven by the social work profession. Social work has been know by most people . Social workers have gradually established a clear image. The history of the development of social work in mainland China is short, it has been broken off for a long time due to some historical reasons. This study attempts to combine the concept of social work in today's Hong Kong, including Hong Kong's social workers’s attitude, social work policy and how people oriented concept are used in daily work , as well as how the concept are used flexible in the work.The study take Hong Kong Youth Development of Social Work, the elderly development of social work in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Narcotics development of social work and development of the relief system as an example, to explore the inspiration of from HK. In the end of the study, I will make some suggestions for the development of the mainland social workers, in order to promote the development of the Mainland of China Social Work.

香港社会工作发展现状
专业的社会工作在西方工业化国家已有一百多年的发展历史。社会工作既是指一种运用专业技能和知识帮助社会成员克服生活障碍，增强社会生活适应能力，提高生活质量的社会服务工作，又是指从事这类服务的一种专门职业。香港社会工作的服务领域相当广泛，面向社会各个阶层和社会生活的各个方面，特别是社会的各类弱势群体，并且根据香港社会的实际情况，已经形成了一套具有本地特色的服务内容和服务方法。目前，香港社会工作机构开展的服务主要有：家庭和儿童社会工作、青少年社会工作、老年社会工作、康复社会工作和社区发展工作等。
