Servant Promotion System And The Solution
Abstract
At present, our country has set up “Civil servant law of the People's Republic of China ” as the core of a complete set of civil servants promotion regulations system, which has promoted the great progress compare to a traditional way of cadres. Due to the short history of civil service system and the special time, the implementation of the civil service promotion system is not satisfactory, the problems existing in the civil service promotion are also increasingly prominent.
This paper, first, analysed the relevant theories of this subject. Then, integrate theory with practice, put forward the performance ,and the reasons also, of the problems that existing in the promotion of the civil servant. Finally, improving advice and countermeasures were offered in this paper.
