A Study of Problems and Countermeasure on Pension Institution Medical Service
Abstract: With the trend of the aging of the population, the environment of Chinese medical service has undergone profound changes. Institutions have to face not only the problems of social, but also face the outside problems of management. In this paper, the author fixes the key of medical service of pension institution as a starting point, and tries to solving the extra problem of pension agency in the medical services. The author tries to figure out through introducing the definition of recuritment, the problems of medical service building and so on. On the basis of surveying the case, the author analyzes the current situation of medical service prevention and proposes countermeasures for institutions to solve the existing problems. By researching and analyzing the case, provide an effective reference to Pension Institution.

一．引言
（一） 研究背景
自2000 年以来我国人口结构已从建国后的成年型跨越到老年型，我国第吹冰次人口普查进一步显示老龄化咄咄逼人的趋势，由于我国是在“未老先富”的经济状态下步入老龄社会，经济和老龄化的不平衡状态对我国养老制度提出了严峻挑战。本文从人口老龄化的定义和我国人口老龄化的现状出发，分析人口老龄化对我国养老制度的挑战，并提出相应的策略和发展思路。
（二） 研究内容
本研究在借鉴国内外相关文献的基础上，以医疗服务为切入点，探讨不断完善养老机构医疗服务存在的问题，在“人口老龄化”的背景下以上海市青浦区白鹤镇敬老院为例进行实地调查，分析医疗服务存在的问题和成因，针对养老机构中老人所患不同疾病进行特别教育，使其了解自身所患疾病的基本知识，指导其到医院定期检查，坚持服药，根据疾病不同阶段制定治疗及保健方案，以提高老人的生命质量。
