Title Rural social security system in the context of urban-rural dual structure
Abstract
The urban-rural dual structure is a historical phenomenon, common in developing countries caused by the widening of the gap between urban and rural areas of developing countries, but also long-term institutional barriers restricting rural development in China. At present, the construction of China's rural social security system is constantly advancing, there are still many of our worthy of attention and need to be addressed in the improvement process. Among them, the urban-rural dual structure is an important reason to hinder the development of China's rural social security system. The speed up hack urban-rural dual structure, establish and improve the rural social security system has become an important issue of the "Three Rural Issues". Obstruction of the rural social security system for China's urban-rural dual structure, from the urban-rural dual economic structure theory analysis of the present situation of China's rural social security and problem analysis, the relationship between aspects of the urban-rural dual structure and rural social security, investigate a crack the urban-rural dual structure, the establishment of a sound social security system of countermeasures: First of all, excellent experience to learn from foreign rural social security system, and secondly, Stressed that the Government should bear the primary responsibility to strengthen the rural social security system, put forward suggestions to solve China's rural social security system.
