摘要:近年来对光催化材料研究越来越受到科研人士的追捧,尤其是TiO2其身具多种优良性质,在各种环境下有很强的适应性,受到大量有识之士的关注,近几年对这方面的研发力度不断增大。ZnO同样具有多种优良特性,由于本身结构的特点决定了它也是一款作为光催化剂的明星原料。现有的理论充足的支撑,将氧化锌与二氧化钛复合可以得到非常好的光催化物质。此次课题利用沉淀-析出的基本方法制备TiO2/ZnO产物。备好各种所需材料以及实验器具,首先用硫酸钛和尿素的混合物作为底料在120 oC的条件下反应得到二氧化钛。然后用六次甲基四胺和六水合硫酸锌为反应底料在120 oC的条件下反应得到ZnO。最后把氧化锌和二氧化钛在无水乙醇中混合并在马弗炉中用600 oC高温煅烧进行反应得到所要的复合材料。此时再运用实验仪器,利用XRD检测氧化锌-二氧化钛的成分,通过SEM表征得到TiO2/ZnO的图样,通过FT-IR检测氧化锌-二氧化钛的结构。根据XRD、SEM、FT-IR的表征结果用来确定制备的产物是TiO2/ZnO复合材料。84765

Preparation and Photocatalytic Characterization of TiO2/ZnO Composites

Abstract: In recent years, more and more research is being pursued by the research of photocatalytic materials, with a variety of other excellent properties, by the wide attention of the research community, in recent years, research and development efforts in this area has increased。 ZnO is also a very promising photocatalytic material, because of its structural characteristics, it is also a star as a photocatalyst material。 The existing theory is sufficient to support the combination of Zinc Oxide and titanium dioxide can be very good photocatalytic material。 TiO2/ZnO composite materials were prepared by precipitation precipitation method in this paper。 A variety of materials and experimental apparatus are prepared, and the mixture of titanium sulfate and urea is used as the base material to react under the condition of 120。 The structure of the product was further characterized by FT-IR, and the results were shown in Figure 5。  Figure in the blue curve for the infrared spectrum of titanium dioxide, red curve is the curve of Zinc Oxide - titanium dioxide production, the same, black for Zinc Oxide generated curve。 Finally, the zinc oxide and titanium dioxide in anhydrous ethanol mixed and in muffle furnace with 600 DEG C high temperature calcination were obtained from the reactions to the composites。 At this time and then use the experimental instrument, the use of XRD to detect the composition of Zinc Oxide - titanium dioxide,SEM characterization of the morphology of the TiO2/ZnO, through the FT-IR to detect the structure of Zinc Oxide - titanium dioxide。 According to the XRD, SEM and FT-IR characterization results, the preparation of TiO2/ZnO composite materials was successfully demonstrated。
