摘要:碳酸钙(CaCO3)是一种无机化合物,基本上不溶于水,但是可以溶于酸。它普遍存在于地球上,在霰石、方解石、白垩、石灰岩、等岩石内都含有该物质,同时也是动物的骨头或壳的主要成分。碳酸钙也是重要的建筑材料,在工业上用途非常广,是一种附加值高、经济效益好、应用范围广的产品。
本毕业论文采用Ca2+-CO32--H2O体系制备碳酸钙,大大强化碳酸钙生产过程中的传质过程,通过水洗,过量,灼烧等方法去除碳酸钙中的杂质,取得更为纯净的碳酸钙产品。本论文的主要任务是要完成碳酸钙制备研究、利用制得的碳酸钙,通过水洗,过量,灼烧等方法尽量去除碳酸钙中的杂质,再测定其中碳酸钙,杂质的含量。并且通过不断尝试寻找出最优质的洗涤方法,为研究成果的推广应用与工艺参数优化提供依据。19848

Preparation of super pure calcium carbonate in Ca2+-CO32--H2O
Abstract:Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) is a kind of inorganic compounds, basically does not dissolve in water, but it can soluble in acid.Are widespread in the earth, in the aragonite and calcite, chalk, limestone, rock inside contain the material, also is the main component of animal bone or shell.Calcium carbonate is also important building material, in industry application is very wide, is a kind of high added value and good economic benefits and application range of products.
This paper adopts the Ca2 + - CO32 - H2O system of preparation of calcium carbonate, greatly strengthen the mass transfer process in the process of calcium carbonate production, through the water, excessive, calcination etc method to remove the impurity in the carbonate, get a more pure calcium carbonate products.The main task of this thesis is to complete the preparation research, the use of calcium carbonate, calcium carbonate by washing, excessive, burning method to remove the impurity in the calcium carbonate, and determination of calcium carbonate, the content of impurities.And by constantly trying to find out the best method of washing for extension and application of research results provide a basis and process parameters optimization.
