摘要:粉尘爆炸指的是在相当细度的粉尘分散于空气或其它助燃气体中时,当其浓度达到爆炸极限时,并接受足够的点火能量后所必然发生的一种爆炸现象。随着工业发展,越来越多的产业涉及到工业粉尘的排放和物料粉尘的运输,这些作业都不可避免含有大量粉尘的气固两相流通过运输管道。本毕业论文从粉尘爆炸事故的案例着手分析,总结出粉尘爆炸事故引发的一些基本规律,结合现阶段国内外学者在相关方面的研究进展,以经典药物(克拉文酸钾)粉尘云、粉尘层的着火特性以及粉尘云的爆炸特征为研究的基础,着重对管道内爆炸性粉尘的迁移规律进行模拟分析,对在能够引发爆炸的状态下,粉尘在管道内的分布状况、粉尘云的形成规律以及粉尘颗粒与气流的相互影响进行探讨研究。20620
