摘要:铜锌合金又称作黄铜,仿金镀层是指含铜量60%-70%的黄色黄铜镀层。由于其具有良好的外观色泽和较好的耐蚀性,它广泛的应用于装饰方面。目前家用、五金、仪器、建材及首饰等行业对仿金镀层的需求仍在不断增加。获得铜锌合金沉积的镀液分为高氰、中氰、低氰和微氰等。国内大多数使用中高氰镀液,已获得相当成功。然而由于氰化物的剧毒性,已不符合环保要求。因此必须开发污染与危害性较低的电镀工艺。焦磷酸盐由于工艺毒性较低、污染较少、分散能力较好以及可以在工件表面获得外观逼真的仿金镀层等因素,具有较高的使用价值。所以对于焦磷酸盐电镀铜锌合金(仿金)工艺的研究,有一定的现实意义。20608

Study on Plating Cu-Zn Alloy (Imitation Gold) by Pyrophosphate
Abstract: Copper-zinc alloy, also known as brass. Imitation gold plating refers to the yellow brass coating which amount of copper is 60% -70%. Because of its good appearance, color and high corrosion resistance, it is widely used in decoration.At present the demand for imitation gold plating in household, hardware, equipment, building materials, jewelry and other industries is still increasing. The plating bath of copper and zinc alloy can be pided into high cyanide, medium cyanide, low cyanide and micro cyanide, etc. The widely use of medium and high cyanide bath has been quite successful. However, due to the highly toxic of cyanide, it has not met environmental requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to develop low-polluting, low-hazardous plating process. Pyrophosphate has a high value because of its low-toxic and low-pollution process, good dispersion capacity, and you can get the realistic imitation gold appearance in the surface. So the research of plating Cu-Zn alloy (imitation gold) by pyrophosphate surely has practical significance.
