摘要:畜禽养殖产生的天然雌激素占环境中天然雌激素的90%,这些天然雌激素会随着粪便的施用进入农田环境中,也会随着农田浇灌、降雨从地表径流和渗滤过程(大孔隙流)等进入到地下水、河流水体中。天然雌激素进入水环境后,会对水生生物构成威胁,对文护生物正常有机体的动态平衡、繁殖、生长和行为是不利的,并可能会对人们的健康产生威胁。为了研究畜禽粪便中天然雌激素的流失特征,本论文主要进行了以下研究:1)在HPLC上绘制了雌激素的标准曲线。2)针对雌激素而言,运用所建立的方法比较了甲醇和乙腈哪一种洗脱效果好。3)模拟淋溶实验从而初步分析了雌激素的流失特征。21053 毕业论文关键词:畜禽粪便 雌激素 HPLC 流失
The characteristic of natural estrogen loss when land application of wastes
Abstract:In the environment of natural estrogen, estrogen produced by livestock farming accounts for 90%. These natural estrogen will come into farmland environment through manure applied, it also will with irrigation、rainfall through surface runoff and infiltration process(macropore flow)into groundwater、river water, when natural estrogen come into the water environment, it is harmful to aquatic organisms, and Ii is bad to maintain the biological organism dynamic balance, breeding, growth and behavior, It will Influence on people's lives and health. In order to analyze the loss of estrogen, in this paper, I conducted the following research.1) Drawing standard curve of estrogen by HPLC. 2) To concern with estrogen, using the established method comparison of methanol and acetonitrile which elution effect is good.3) Use simulated leaching experiment to preliminary analysis of the loss characteristics of estrogen.
