摘要本文研究了不同方法制备的铈钨复合氧化物催化剂NH3-SCR反应活性,通过对制备过程中不同影响因素的调试,确立了最优的催化剂制备条件。结果表明,采用优化后的直接蒸干法制备的CeWOx催化剂在很宽的温度窗口(150℃~450℃)范围内具有优异的NOx去除率和N2选择性,且其催化性能明显优于已经工业化应用的V2O5/WO3-TiO2催化剂,具有广阔的应用前景。采用方法更加简易的固体研磨法制备的CeWOx催化剂同样具有良好的NH3-SCR反应活性。Ce和W的协同作用是CeWOx催化剂具有优异催化性能的可能原因。21111

Title Improvement and Development of the Vanadium-based Oxide NH3-SCR Catalysts
Abstract
In this study, cerium-tungsten oxide catalysts were prepared by different methods and investigated for selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3 (NH3-SCR) performance. Optimal conditions for preparing the catalyst were established by ameliorating different factors of the preparation processes. The results showed that, the direct drying of the CeWOx catalyst resulted in excellent NOx conversion and N2 selectivity in the broad temperature range of 150℃~450℃, and showed much better SCR performance than V2O5/WO3-TiO2 catalysts, which have been industrially and commercially applied for NOx abatement. The catalysts prepared by the solid process methods exhibited great SCR activity as well. The excellent catalytic activity of CeWOx catalyst was possibly caused by the synergetic interaction among the Ce and W species.
