摘要:实验是以丙烯酰胺为造孔剂,以 Al2O3-Y2O3为烧结助剂,在1550℃下烧结,用造孔剂法制备了多孔碳化硅陶瓷, 并用比重瓶法测定了碳化硅的真密度,以及用排水法测定了碳化硅多孔陶瓷的体积秘密度,分析了添加不同含量的造孔剂对碳化硅陶瓷的孔隙率以及抗压性能的影响。并用扫描电镜观察了多孔碳化硅陶瓷的微观形貌。研究表明,随着造孔剂含量的提高,多孔 SiC 陶瓷的孔隙率提升,其抗压性能降低;其抗压性能,随着烧结温度的提高而上升。 21659 毕业论文关键词:碳化硅陶瓷;多孔;造孔剂法;性能
Preparation of porous SiC ceramic by pore forming agent method and study of properties
Abstract: This experiment is a pore-forming agent to acrylamide in Al2O3-Y2O3 as a sintering
aid , sintering at 1550 ℃, with a pore-forming agent of porous silicon carbide were prepared
and measured using a pycnometer method true density of silicon carbide , and the determination
of the volume of the secrets of the SiC porous ceramics with drainage method to analyze the
impact on silicon carbide ceramic porosity and compressive properties of different content of
pore-forming agent . And by scanning electron microscopic morphology of porous silicon
carbide ceramics. Research shows that with the increase of pore-forming agent content , the
porosity of the porous SiC ceramics upgrade , reducing its compression performance ; its
compression performance, with the increase of sintering temperature increases.
