摘要:近年来含糖化合物已经成为了化学研究领域中的一个热点,含糖化合物具有它独特的化学和物理性质,在生命体内体起着重大作用。本文运用到的巯基-烯迈克尔加成反应反应具有反应条件简便、操作简单、合成反应速率快和符合原子经济概念等优点,在有机合成领域有着不可或缺的地位。现如今,具有良好水溶性和生物降解性的含糖聚合物已经普遍的在生物、食品、医药和化工等领域中,我国也逐渐追随着国外研究者的脚步开展了对于含糖聚合物的研究。而制备含糖聚合物的难点在于其含糖化合物难制备,因此,本文介绍了运用巯基-烯迈克尔加成反应制备具有乙酰基保护的异类含糖化合物,在实验中首先选用原料葡萄糖和甘露糖,使它们经过一系列的反应后,制得具有乙酰基保护的β-D-巯基葡萄糖和具有乙酰基保护的β-D-巯基甘露糖,然后将两者通过巯基-烯迈克尔加成反应连接到制备得到的7-氧杂降冰片烯双丙烯酸酯的衍生物上,二次通过Thiol–ene“点击”反应,即可获得一系列具有乙酰基保护的异类含糖化合物。

Preparation of heterogeneous sugar-containing compounds with acetyl protection by Thiol-ene Michael addition reaction

Abstract:In recent years, sugar-containing compounds have become a hot spot in the field of chemical research. Sugar-containing compounds have unique chemical and physical properties and play a major role in life. The thiol-alkene Michael addition reaction used in this paper has the advantages of simple reaction conditions, simple operation, fast synthesis reaction rate and the concept of atomic economy. It has an indispensable position in the field of organic synthesis. Nowadays, sugar-containing polymers with good water-solubility and biodegradability have been widely used in the fields of biology, food, medicine, and chemical engineering. China has gradually followed the research of foreign researchers and conducted research on sugar-containing polymers. . The difficulty in preparing sugar-containing polymers lies in the fact that their sugar-containing compounds are difficult to prepare. Therefore, this article describes the use of thiol-ene Michael addition reaction to prepare heterogeneous sugar-containing compounds protected by acetyl groups. In the experiment, the raw materials of glucose and mannose were first selected. After undergoing a series of reactions, β-D-acetyl-containing thiol glucose and β-D-acetyl-containing fluorenyl mannose are produced, and then the two are connected by a thiol-ene Michael addition reaction. To the prepared 7-oxonorbornene diacrylate derivative, a series of heteromeric sugar-containing compounds protected by acetyl groups can be obtained by a second Thiol-ene "click" reaction.
