摘要:本课题主要研究了EIP法制备多重结构乳状液及其影响因素,通过拟三元相图研究添加不同的多元醇、无机盐时EIP法制备多重结构乳状液的相行为。研究发现乳化剂的类型、油脂、多元醇和无机盐等对EIP法制备多重结构乳状液的相行为均有一定的影响。实验过程中,根据乳液的微观结构来判断乳液的类型(W/O型、O/W型、W/O/W型),研究内容包括:根据显微镜观察研究不同配方下EIP法形成多重结构的相行为规律;用拟三元相图法研究不同水相添加剂下EIP法形成多重结构的相行为规律;对优化体系形成的样品的相行为进行测定。实验结果表明:选用不同的水相添加剂会影响体系的相行为,水相中加入甘油更有利于EIP法制备多重结构乳状液;水相中加入无机盐后,并不利于EIP法制备多重结构乳状液。

Study on The influence factors of W/O/W multiple structure emulsion by EIP Method

Abstract: This research mainly studied the EIP prepared multiple structure of emulsion and its influence factors, through the pseudo-ternary phase diagram study when adding different polyols, inorganic salt, EIP prepared multiple structure of emulsion phase behavior.It was found that the type of emulsifier, oil, polyol and inorganic salt all had some influence on the phase behavior of the multistructure emulsion prepared by EIP. During the experiment, according to the microstructure of the emulsion to determine   the type of emulsion(W/O,O/W and W/O/W).The research content includes: according  to the determination of the microscopy study EIP method under different formula to form multiple phase behavior of the structure of law. The phase behavior of multiple structures under different water phase additives was studied by using pseudo-ternary phase diagram. The phase behavior of the sample formed by the optimization system is determined. The experimental results show that different water phase additives can affect the phase behavior of the system, and the addition of glycerin to the aqueous phase is beneficial   to the preparation of multiple structure emulsions in the EIP method. After adding inorganic salt to water, it is not beneficial for EIP to prepare multiple structure emulsion.
