摘要:有机含氮化合物的研究,国外开展较早,国内的研究正在起步。眼下对于含氮有机的化合物主要侧重于吡咯类,以及中性氮化合物在油气运移方面的研究。连年来,国内外许多化学工作者为了研究这些化合物而做了非常大量的研究,并且获取了了一些有意义的认识,但总体的来说,研究的进展比较有限,尤特别是对影响吡咯类等一系列化合物的参数的因素以及这些影响程度等方面,仍有许多问题值得探讨。本次实验研究主要是研究在合成含氮季碳中心化合物的制备。在实际路线设计中,根据底物以及实际情况优化路线,选择亚甲基环戊烷以及丙烯酸甲酯作为起点,经过烯反应,臭氧化反应,wittig反应,亚硝基-烯反应制备的路线,设计完路线后也对路线中个不反应的操作进行检查,确定实验的温度符合条件以及投料比能达到最大收集率,确定了较佳的工艺条件。通过一系列的工艺该进,最终结合先人经验,确定了能够符合商业生产的方法,在降低成本,符合绿色安全又能提高产率的工艺路线。

Synthesis of nitrogen containing quaternary carbon compounds

Abstract:The research of organic nitrogen compounds has been carried out earlier in foreign countries, and domestic research is beginning. At present, nitrogenous organic compounds are mainly focused on pyrroles, as well as neutral nitrogen compounds in the study of hydrocarbon migration. In recent years, many chemical workers at home and abroad have done a great deal of research and gained some meaningful understanding in order to study these compounds. However, in general, the progress of the research is limited, especially on the factors affecting the number of compounds such as pyrrole and the extent of these effects. Many problems are worth discussing. The experimental research is mainly focused on the synthesis of quaternary carbon containing nitrogen compounds. In the actual route design, the routes are optimized according to the substrate and the actual conditions, and the methylene cyclopentane and methyl acrylate are selected as the starting point. The routes are prepared through the alkene reaction, the ozonation reaction, the Wittig reaction and the nitroso alkene reaction. At the same time, the operation points of each step and the experimental temperature are discussed during the reaction process. The influence of feed quantity and other factors on the reaction was determined, and a better technological condition was determined. Through a series of process optimization, a commercial feasibility method is finally determined to prepare the process route with low cost, high yield, high purity and green safety.
