Abstract:In order to find the high activity of the plant growth regulator,the interme-
diates and target compound were designed and synthesized which were named 4-
bromo 5-(4-bromophenyl)-2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole,3-Nitro benzoic acid Isocyan-
ates and N-[5-(4-Bromo phenyl)-1,3,4-Thiadiazol-2-yl]-N'-3-Nitro benzoyl urea by substructure link method and bioisosterism principles.Theirs structure was character-
ized by melting point,IR.The physicochemical properties,IR spectra and synthesis conditions of the intermediates and target compounds were discussed.
