1 绪论
人类面临水危机已是不争的事实。我国增加了对城市基础设施建设和环境保护的投入，强化环境综合治理，从而使污染物排放总量得到有效控制，部分地区和城市环境质量有所改善。但根据环境监测结果统计分析，我国水污染形势仍然非常严峻，各项污染物排放总量很大，污染程度仍处于相当高的水平。
