摘要:本课题采用异腈与脂肪胺加成合成脒类化合物,探索出使用环己胺,二异丙胺与异腈加成反应时的最佳条件为催化剂用量15%,反应配比1:1.8,反应温度130℃。取代苯胺与甲酸发生甲酰化反应生成相应的取代甲酰苯胺,再以二甲苯作为溶剂,用三乙胺来提供碱性环境,以POCl3为脱水剂,使取代甲酰苯胺脱水生成中间体异腈,再加入催化剂Cu2O及不同脂肪胺得到产物脒。通过实验我们得到了2个脒产物,N–环己基-4-(4-三氟甲基-3-氯苯氧基)苯脒,产率为72%和对氯苯基吹冰氢吡啶基甲烯基胺,产率为84%。对这2个目标化合物采用1HNMR进行了表征。5311

Substituted benzyl isonitrile addition reaction of aliphatic amines
Abstract:This topic uses isonitrile synthesis and fatty amine adduct amidine compounds explored using cyclohexylamine, diisopropylamine isonitrile addition reaction with the optimum conditions for the 15% of the amount of catalyst , the reaction ratio of 1:1.8 , reaction temperature 130 ℃.Substituted aniline with formic acid occurs formylation reaction of the corresponding aniline substituted formyl , then xylene as a solvent , with triethylamine to provide an alkaline environment , with POCl3 as dehydrating agent , the substituted anilide intermediate dehydration iso nitrile, and then adding a catalyst to give the product Cu2O and amidine diethylamine .We obtained by experiment 2 amidine product , N- cyclohexyl-4 - (4 - trifluoromethyl-3 - chlorophenoxy ) benzamidine , a yield of 72% and p-chlorophenyl hexahydro- pyridyl methyl alkylene amine , in 84% yield .These two target compounds were characterized using 1HNMR .
