摘 要:大自然或者生命体系中的巯基小分子,包括半胱氨酸(Cysteine, Cys)、高半胱氨酸(Homocysteine, Hcy)和还原谷胱甘肽(Glutathione, GSH)等,在文持生命体系中氧化还原平衡发挥着重要作用。因此,定量检测和专一性识别巯基生物分子在生物医学中具有跨时代的引导意义。荧光分析法具有以下优点: 1.灵敏度高、2.选择性好、3.操作简便、4.实时检测以及对生物体损伤小等优点。因此得到了广泛的研究和应用。双光子荧光探针技术相对于单光子荧光技术具有长波吸收短波发射、高度的三文空间选择性、大的穿透深度、避免荧光漂白和光致毒以及降低组织自发荧光干扰等特点,在生命科学领域显示出了广阔的应用前景。此次研究进展主要分析介绍了相关科技的研究现状主要是有机单光子和双光子巯基小分子荧光探针,并对相关有机巯基小分子荧光探针科学技术未来发展趋势进行了展望。29184 毕业论文关键词:巯基;荧光探针;双光子;检测;展望
Research Progress of Organic Small Molecules Thiol Fluorescent Probes
Abstract: Small-molecular-weight thiols,including cysteine (Cys),homocysteine (Hcy),and glutathione (GSH),play a key role in maintaining the biological redox homeostasis and nature.Therefore,the quantitative detection and specific discrimination of thiol-containing molecules in biological samples are of great importance in biomedical field.Fluorescence methods have been extensively studied and applied due to simple operation、high sensitivity and selectivity、real-time detection and little damage to organisms.The two-photon fluorescent probe technique has shown much broader application prospect in the field of life sciences compared to the one-photon fluorescent probe technique due to many features,such as absorbing light of longer wavelength with lower energy but emitting shorter wavelength、high three-dimensional spatial selectivity、large penetration depth、avoidance of photodamage and photobleaching and lower tissue auto-fluorescence,etc.In this paper,the research status of organic one-photon and two-photon mercapto biomolecules fluorescent probes were introduced,as well as the developing trends of organic mercapto biomolecules fluorescent probes in the future were prospected.
